Logging in to Google and how to access your Google Drive

To log into your Google account and access your documents, first you need to go to Google.

You will then be redirected back to the Google homepage but the sign in button on the top right should now be gone and your information will be displayed.

In here you will find a triangle icon called ‘drive’.

Click on it.

On the top right you will see a blue ‘Sign In’ button

 

(in the old browser view, you will get a black navigation bar across the top of your page and the sign in link is still on the top right.)

At the log in screen you need to type in your full school email (*****@alfristoncollege.school.nz) and the password that you use to log on to the computer.

You will then be taken into your Google Drive where your online documents are stored.

Click on the sign in button and you will be taken to a log in screen.

Click the sign in button under the information fields.

To get into your Google Drive, click on the grid of squares called apps

 

(in the old browser view you will find a link to drive in the black navigation bar at the top of your screen).
